FEATURES OF THE BOTTLE

 

More bottles consumed in the TECSUP campus are bottles for carbonated beverages and mineral water plastic pint. They are similar to the bottle shown in the left part of Figure 1. In the right part of the figure shows the components of the bottle is shown.

GRINDING MACHINES

  • At this point crushers existing plastic bottles are exposed machines. Most of them are characterized by employing one or two shafts with blades. This type of machine satiate the need to shred from a bottle to industrial quantities in a short time.

  • Furthermore, a study of the operation of machines that perform volume reduction of the material or in small parts division occurs. In this group they are considered crushers, grinders, hammers and mills.

  • The most widely used mechanisms are included.

  • The sources most widely used for the production of energy are: electromechanical (usually given with geared to voltages 220 V and 380 V), kinetic, gravitational potential, pneumatic, hydraulic and human.

  • Equation 1 helps to get the approximate energy for grinding. Assuming for reducing the mouth of the bottle, the force remains constant.
